I am new in Bayesian networks, actually I d...Hello! I am new in Bayesian networks, actually I do not know if they are useful on what I need to do. I actually have a set of five observable and three latent variables in my network, which at the same time are discrete and continuous variables. Observable variables are parents of the latent variables, which at the same time are the parents of the target variable I need to model (latent variable). I have no evidence information about the latent variables at all, I need to derive them using my observed variables. Is it possible to use these networks to derive latent variables?
